Sacred Heart Preschool/Prekindergarten
Programs: We offer both full and half day programs for our students. Full day students attend from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. Half day programs are from 8:00 AM-11:00 AM. Preschool students must be 3 by August 1. Preschool students attend two days a week-Tuesday and Thursday. Prekindergarten students must be 4 by August 1. Prekindergarten students attend three days a week-Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We do offer a limited number of 5 day a week spots.
Before and After School Programs are available for an additional cost. Before School Care starts at 7:00 AM. After School Care is available until 5:30 PM.
Curriculum: Preschool students use the Zoophonics curriculum, which teaches students letter identification and letter sounds. Our Prekindergarten students also use Zoophonics to continue with letter identification and letter sounds. Prekindergarten students also use the Happily Ever After Curriculum which starts to build reading skills and incorporates listening, following directions, and writing skills. In addition to the curriculum programs, students are able to participate in free play, teacher directed stations, and cooperative activities with peers.
Students have an opportunity to participate in PE class once a week for 30 minutes. They are also able to visit the school library once a week for 30 minutes.
Tuition: Here are the tuition rates for the 2023-2024 school year:
Preschool Half day (2 days a week) $1605
Preschool Full day (2 days a week) $1970
PreK Half day (3 days a week) $2330
PreK Full day (3 days a week) $2860
Before and/or After School Care $7 per child, per day
Tuition assistance is available for students who are in PreK.
Enrollment:Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year will begin at our Open House on January 28. The Open House is from 11:15 AM-12:15 PM. A $50 refundable deposit is required to hold your child's spot. The deposit will apply to the tuition for the school year.
